The Tastebox
The tastebox is a vintage aluminium lunch box. Inside is the things I bring for every cook out, but there’s room for adding ingredients that I use more seldom.
Inside I keep a couple of shakers with the seasoning I use the most. Salt, black pepper, white pepper, paprika, cummin and garlic powder.
One jar with a mix of herbes, oregano, thyme and rosemary, and a small jar with chili flakes.
One small bottle of cooking oil.
A bunch och packs of ketchup and mustard, those you get at fast food places, and some sugar.
For “hardware” I keep a lighter, a mini grater, for nutmeg, parmesan etc, a spork and an Opinel No 8 for food prep.
